Remainsvia Restoration is a referral service. Homeowners come to us with water damage problems and want to talk to a local professional. If you run an independent restoration business, you can join our network and receive those calls.

This page is for contractors and business owners. It is not a job listing, and Remainsvia Restoration does not hire employees to do restoration work.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who handle jobs such as:

• Water damage restoration
• Water extraction and structural drying
• Flooded basement and crawl space cleanup

You should serve Columbia or part of the Midlands area, and you should have the equipment and experience to do the work properly.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed and unsure about cost. We ask providers to respect that. In practice, that means:

• Hold the licenses, insurance and registrations your area requires
• Answer homeowner calls and messages in a professional way
• Give clear written quotes that list the scope of work
• Explain what could change the price before work begins
• Avoid pressure tactics and false promises about timing or insurance
• Share simple prevention advice after the job, such as grading, gutters, sump pumps and supply lines

You are responsible for your own work, your staff and your pricing. Remainsvia Restoration does not supervise jobs.

We will review what you send and reply if your business looks like a fit for homeowners in your area.
