Every homeowner who reaches Remainsvia Restoration should get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You may contact us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Remainsvia Restoration
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Remainsvia Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@remainsvia.lat and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
